Day 34: Your Favorite Quote

At the moment, I can’t think of a favorite quote, so I went ahead and did a little internet quote research and found a few that I like:

I would have liked to have this one hanging in my classroom when I taught school.  So many kids have bad attitudes these days and I truly believe that your attitude changes everything…“Weakness of attitude becomes weakness of character.” Albert Einstein

This one is a little scary, but it is also very true…“What luck for the rulers that men do not think.”  Adolf Hitler

“I haven't failed, I've found 10,000 ways that don't work.” Thomas Edison

…So then I got bored with looking up real quotes and I always think the kid quotes are funny, so here’s some good ones:

"If you want to be loved by somebody who isn't already in your family, it doesn't hurt to be beautiful." -- Anita, age 8

"It isn't always how you look. Look at me. I'm handsome like anything, and I haven't got anybody to marry me yet." -- Brian, age 7

"Don't forget your wife's name. That will mess up the love." -- Erin, age 8

Why People In Love Often Hold Hands:
"They want to make sure their rings don't fall off, because they paid good money for them." -- Gavin, age 8

Melanie asked her Granny how old she was. Granny replied she was so old she didn't remember any more. Said Melanie, "If you don't remember you must look in the back of your panties. Mine say five to six."
